Our Personnel

ADAMS have a professional, experienced and dedicated team focused on providing the very best of service using our leading edge systems, processes, equipment and fleet

Adam Barnard – Managing Director– In 2005 Adam purchased his first coach and from there has built the company to what it is today. Adam’s very hands-on approach to managing the day to day operations at ADAMS  has resulted in the provision of consistently high quality products and service offering

Sake van Weeghel – Financial Controller – Sake oversees all aspects of the company’s finances and corporate management. Having qualified as an Accountant in Denmark, Sake has a number of years experience in Accounting as well as business management and has had several years experience working in tourism businesses in WA. Sake is supported by his team in the accounts department.

Ron Calabrese – Group Manager Fleet and HSE – Ron has a number of years experience in the Coach Industry, having worked in both the Operations and Maintenance functions, and heading up the ADAMS workshop until 2012. Ron now manages the company’s Fleet Administration, as well as managing our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management systems and the Training function.

Warwick Sell –  General Manager – Operations – Warwick oversees the operation of all of our services. Warwick along with his team of operations support staff monitor all of our vehicles 24 hours a day using the latest in transport management technology.

Evan Walker –  Workshop Manager –

Sharon Green– Reservations Manager/EA to the Managing Director–  Sharon joined ADAMS in November 2012 as Reservations Manager.  Sharon’s background is hospitality having commenced in the industry in 1987 Queensland on Moreton Island Queensland, followed by stints in the UK, Margaret River and Perth.  Sharon’s role at ADAMS is to provide guidance and assistance to the Reservations team to ensure we understand and meet our clients expectations and deliver a consistent high level of customer service.

David Braby  – Passionate Coach Captain and WA Ambassador  

Our Personnel form an integral part of our operations and the commitment, experience and dedication of this team ensures the quality of services provided by us.

Our Team consists of over 140 personnel from all areas, from Reservations assistants to Vehicle Detailers.

These key people oversee all of our personnel ensuring that they are able to perform their function to the best of their ability.
