NSW Institute of Transport and Logistics
ADAMS Coachlines are currently working towards the highest accreditation available in the Bus and Coach Industry. In 2008 Adam Barnard, our Managing Director, attended the University of NSW Institute of Transport and Logistics and successfully achieved a certificate in Passenger Transport Management. The NSW (New South Wales) accreditation system requires operators to excel in: record keeping, maintenance programs and service delivery.
Tourism Accreditation
Our Tourism Accreditation means our customers can expect a high level of quality
assurance in the service we provide and the fleet we operate. An accredited
business, is a business, which has met a set of nationally endorsed industry
standards and provides a model for continuous improvement in best business
practice. These standards include:
