The ADAMS Group is proudly regarded as the West Australian leader in coach transportation specialising in the tourism industry.

ADAMS operates from its main facility in Malaga; with an additional year round depot on Rottnest Island and a seasonal operation in Broome and we are always on the lookout for experienced and passionate Coach Captains. 

We are able to offer a variety of work including:

    • Corporate and conference metro transfers
    • Private group charters including local and extended touring
    • Day touring (Pinnacles, Margaret River, Wave Rock, etc.) 
    • Extended touring opportunities throughout Western Australia and the Northern Territory

To be an ADAMS Coach Captain you will have:

    • Valid Western Australia HR (unrestricted) licence with F extension
    • Previous coach driving experience
    • Sound geographical knowledge of Western Australia including Perth metro area 
    • A genuine passion for delivering our products to the highest standard 
    • Exceptional people and customer service skills
    • A keen interest for safety and commitment to compliance with company and regulatory requirements 
    • Basic computer skills, access to internet and personal email account 

You must be: 

    • Reliable 
    • Approachable
    • Physically fit and presentable
    • Able to handle a fast paced and constantly changing work environment 
    • Able to work well under pressure, manage your time well and solve unforeseen problems independently or with the assistance of ADAMS Operations Department 

Desirable skills/qualifications include: 

    • Demonstrated ability to provide commentary 
    • Hold or be eligible to hold a Working with Children Check 
    • Fluency in language/s other than English i.e. Mandarin, German, Italian  
    • First Aid Certificate
    • Formal qualifications in transport, tourism field 

ADAMS Coach Captain Key Responsibilities and Expectations include, but are not limited to: 

    • Completing pre-departure vehicle checks, drivers’s daily reports and other necessary documentation according to company policies and procedures 
    • Consistently ensuring the safety of yourself, your co-workers, your passengers and your vehicle
    • Providing an entertaining and informative commentary to passengers when required 
    • Ensuring vehicles are driven in accordance with all relevant road and traffic codes and following company policies and procedures at all times 
    • Promoting ADAMS through customer service excellence
    • Maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles to company standards
    • Loading and unloading of passengers’ baggage
    • Refuelling of vehicles
    • Topping up of fluids ie. Coolant, Oil, AdBlue when required
