Our Personnel

We recognise the strength of our company comes from our people. Consequently we try to ensure that all our Bus Drivers, Coach Captains and support personnel are highly motivated individuals through providing a friendly and productive workplace and remaining sensitive to the needs of our personnel’s individual families. ADAMS Coachlines employ’s more than 70 staff on the road and in support roles from our Redcliffe base, which is conveniently located next to the Perth Domestic Airport. All of our Bus Drivers and Coach Captains are highly experienced individuals, with a combined total of over 300 years driving experience between them and covering in excess of 1.7 million km’s annually.

Adam Barnard
Adam Barnard – Managing Director

In 2005 Adam purchased his first coach and from there has built the company to what it is today.   Adam’s very hands-on approach to managing the day to day operations at ADAMS Coachlines has resulted in the provision of consistently high quality products and service offerings. 

 

Nadine Johnston
Nadine Johnston – Director

Nadine manages the overall administrative operations at ADAMS Coachlines and is often on the end of the telephone when customers call in with an enquiry or booking.  Nadine is also responsible for ensuring that all staff remain highly motivated, which Nadine achieves by writing the in-house newsletters and organising social events.

Loretta Haig
Loretta Haig – Reservations Manager

Loretta oversees all of ADAMS reservations and is the primary contact for corporate, conference and cruise ship transportation.  Loretta joined ADAMS in January of 2008 and currently has more than 20 years of experience within the tourism industry, the majority of which in the transportation industry.

 

Megan Papiccio
Megan Papiccio – Reservations

Megan has the very responsible role of being the first person clients will speak to when they call ADAMS Coachlines.  Megan uses ADAMS Coachlines state-of-the-art booking system to capture all our client requirements and ensures the bus or coach booked turns up on time for the clients.

 

Sean Knight
Sean Knight – Financial Controller

Sean oversees all aspects of the company’s finances including, accounts payable, receivable and payroll.  Sean joined ADAMS in January of 2008 and has more than 20 years experience in accounts, of which more than 10 years have been specific to the tourism industry.    

Michael Manser
Michael Manser - Operations Manager

As our operations manager, Mick ensures the smooth running of the ADAMS fleetand driving personnel. Mick has a variety of support staff, and between them they provide 24 hour assistance to all ADAMS buses and coaches. Mick and his team are responsible for allocating drivers and vehicles in accordance with our Fatigue Management Programme. Mick brings more than 25 years of industry experience to ADAMS Coachlines.

 

Ron Calabrese
Ron Calabrese - Workshop Supervisor

Ron joined our team in early 2009 and has been instrumental in achieving our goals within the maintenance field. Ron was responsible for the introduction of our new Vehicle Maintenance System. This program has assisted us in creating an industry benchmark for maintenance reporting and rectification. Ron has a considerable background within the bus and coach environment and we are very grateful for his efforts to date.

Darren Cotterell
Darren Cotterell – Projects Manager

Darren comes from a background of adventure tour guiding, leading groups throughout North Western Australia. Darren is passionate about our high company standards and reports directly to the Managing Director. Darren is also responsible for the company’s human resources and conducts all driver interviews, subsequent inductions, ongoing training, and assessments. Darren’s role see’s him wearing many hats, including assisting in the scheduling of Operations. Darren has more than 8 years of experience in the tourism industry.
