Employment

We like to think that our staff enjoy working for ADAMS Coachlines and often ask for their feedback on various company issues. Prior to being designated to a client contract, each driver undergoes ADAMS Coachlines driver training, where we assess their driving skills to ensure they meet with our criteria.

All of our drivers have a minimum of an ‘F’ class endorsement on their heavy vehicle licence which allows them to carry passengers. In addition to this ADAMS hasinitiated a company policy which requires all driving personnel to obtain the Western Australian state government ‘Working With Children Clearance’. Most of our Tour Guides hold a Senior First Aid certificate and each driver undergoes induction training, followed by ongoing training and assessments, which are aimed at improving our driver’s strengths and skills.
